This enamel ring is built around a geometric motif laid across the full width of the band. The pattern is applied as cloisonne enamel — each cell is filled and fired separately, so the colour sits inside a metal wall rather than on top of it.
That process is why the enamel keeps its clarity. Painted enamel sits on the surface and wears through; fired enamel becomes part of the ring.
The silver underneath is a high-polish 925 sterling silver, so the metal reads bright between the colour fields and frames the pattern without competing with it.
