Wholesale Logistics: For bulk orders (Wholesale), we utilize premium carriers like DHL/FedEx/UPS with full commercial invoice support to ensure smooth customs clearance for precious metal jewelry.
• Signature Required: For security purposes, orders of $300 or more require an adult signature upon delivery.
• P.O. Boxes: Express services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military (APO/FPO) addresses. Only Standard Shipping is available for these locations.
• Delays: While we strive for punctuality, Mirametal is not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable factors (customs clearance, extreme weather, or port strikes).
• Restricted Zones: We currently do not support shipping to North Korea, Syria, or Iran.
