Design Story: A Fringe of Fine Silver Chains
This pair of silver tassel earrings is built around movement. A polished ball stud sits on the ear, and from it a short link and a second smaller ball lead down to an open U-shaped arc. The arc is not decorative on its own; it is the frame that carries the fringe.
Because the fringe is the whole point of the design, these silver tassel earrings read differently from a plain stud: they move, they catch light in small flashes, and they give a simple outfit one clear point of interest.
From the lower edge of that arc hangs a dense curtain of fine twisted curb chains, all cut to the same length and packed tightly side by side. Because the chains are so fine and so close together, the fringe reads as one soft sheet of silver from a distance and separates into individual links up close. When you move, the chains shift against each other and catch the light in small flashes rather than one flat reflection.
