Shipping matters a lot in wholesale. Your customers want their inventory fast. If your supplier takes too long, you lose sales. Here is what you can expect when you order from us.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from our Guangzhou facility. In-stock items from our READY collection go out the fastest because they are already packaged and labeled. Custom orders need production time. We push wholesale orders to the front of the line so you wait as little as possible.

If you need something faster, let us know when you order. We can often prioritize your batch.

Delivery Times by Region

US and Canada: 7 to 12 days total from order to doorstep. UK and EU: 8 to 15 days. Asia: 5 to 10 days. Australia and South America: 10 to 18 days. Express shipping is available for all regions if you need it sooner.

These are real-world estimates. Most orders arrive on the early side of these ranges.

Tracking Every Order

Every order comes with a tracking number. You can follow your package from our warehouse to your front door. No guesswork. No wondering where your shipment is. We send tracking info as soon as the package leaves our facility.

Customs Made Simple

Customs clearance is usually smooth for jewelry shipments under $800. We label every package properly and include all required documentation. Commercial invoices are accurate and complete. If you have specific questions about duties or taxes for your country, contact us before ordering and we will give you a clear answer.

Packaging That Protects

Every piece is individually wrapped and packed securely. Rings go in padded boxes inside padded mailers. Necklaces are laid flat to prevent tangling. We have shipped thousands of orders and damaged shipments are rare.

What If Something Goes Wrong

Lost packages are rare but they happen. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us. We will file an investigation and get a replacement moving if needed. Our support team handles these issues directly so you do not have to deal with the carrier.

Returns are straightforward. If there is a quality issue, send photos and we will make it right. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

Bulk Shipping for Larger Orders

Orders over 100 pieces qualify for bulk shipping rates. The per-item shipping cost drops significantly. We can also arrange air freight or sea freight for very large orders. Ask us for a quote before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect.
