Shipping & Delivery

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A: We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS. Shipping costs vary by destination and package weight. We’ll provide a shipping quote with your order.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Production typically takes 7-15 business days depending on order size. Shipping takes an additional 3-7 business days for most destinations.

Q: Do you offer dropshipping?

A: Yes! We support dropshipping with blind shipping — no MIRAMETAL branding on the package. Contact us to set up your dropshipping account.

Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, and major credit cards. Payment terms are discussed during order confirmation.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: For new customers, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment. Established customers may qualify for net terms.

Products & Quality

Q: What materials do you use?

A: All our jewelry is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver. We also offer pieces with 18K gold plating, rhodium plating, moissanite, cubic zirconia, natural gemstones, and freshwater pearls.

Q: Do you provide quality certifications?

A: Yes. Moissanite pieces include GRA certification upon request. All sterling silver pieces are stamped 925 and can be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity for bulk orders.

Q: Can I customize jewelry designs?

A: Absolutely! We offer OEM/ODM services. Send us your designs or reference images, and our craftsmen will create custom pieces for your brand.

Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details. Custom and personalized orders are non-returnable.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

A: Yes, all MIRAMETAL products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
