How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped via trackable international courier. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is available for all orders exceeding US$300.00.

02. Returns FAQ

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and labels intact.

Are there any exceptions?

Promotional final sale items are not eligible for returns. For hygiene reasons, specific items may be restricted.
