- Item Condition: Items must be in "new, unused" condition. We do not accept items resized or altered by third-party jewelers.
- Packaging: Include all original certificates. For repairs/exchanges, only return the original Mirametaljewelry packaging box.
- Fees: Returns/exchanges are subject to a $15.50 (domestic) / $29.99 (international) processing fee.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable method with full insurance.
