All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Wholesale pricing is available to approved B2B accounts only.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for wholesale orders. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only. MIRAMETAL is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier operations, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for retail orders. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Custom and OEM orders are non-refundable. Please see our Returns & Warranty page for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, images, logos, and text — is the property of MIRAMETAL / Guangzhou MIRAMETAL JEWELRY and is protected by international copyright laws.
7. Wholesale and OEM
Wholesale accounts require approval. Custom OEM/ODM orders are governed by separate manufacturing agreements. MOQ, pricing, and lead times are confirmed per project.
8. Limitation of Liability
MIRAMETAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first.
