Find your perfect ring size with our easy at-home measurement methods and international conversion chart.

Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring

1. Select a ring that fits the intended finger perfectly.
2. Measure the inside diameter in millimeters (mm).
3. Find your size in the conversion table below using the Inside Diameter column.

Method 2: Measure Your Finger

1. Wrap a strip of paper or flexible measuring tape around your finger.
2. Mark where the ends meet and measure the length in mm.
3. This is your finger circumference — match it to the table below.

Tips for Accurate Measurement

• Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger.
• Measure when your hands are warm — cold fingers can be up to half a size smaller.
• For bands wider than 6mm, order half a size up.
• If between sizes, choose the larger size.
