Day 1: Design Review

Day 2-3: CAD & 3D Model
Professional CAD operators build a precise 3D model with complete dimensional data, wall thickness, and stonesetting parameters.
Day 3-5: Prototype
Client-approved design is 3D-printed in wax and cast into a physical silver prototype for dimensional and aesthetic verification.
Day 5-7: Sample Approval
Physical prototype photographed and shipped to you for approval. Comments and modifications incorporated before mass production begins.
